Ingredients

•  2 cup heavy cream

•  1 can sweetened condensed milk

•  1 tbsp of BTNature Milk Powder

•  2 tsp of vanilla extract

•  Pinch of salt


Preparation

1.  Whip up heavy cream until it becomes thickens.

2.  Combine with condensed milk, BTNature milk powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the mixture is smooth and thick.

3.  Add mix-ins to create your desired flavour.

4.  Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm (at least 6hrs or overnight).


Serving
Top with your choice of fruits or chocolate/strawberry syrup or sweets.


Notes

•  Incorporating BTNature powdered milk into this ice cream mixture help it produce a more creamy and smooth texture.
