Coleslaw
Ingredients
• Colourful vegetables
• 1/4 cup BTNature Milk Powder
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
Preparation
1. Simply whisk together the melted BTNature Milk Powder with the Greek yogurt, cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, Dijon mustard, black pepper, sugar, and red pepper (if you’re feeling adventurous!)
2. Mix all ingredients together.
Serving
Once dressing is thoroughly mixed, toss it generously with your chosen coleslaw veggies in a bowl.
