Directions for Use
Microwave
1. Pour 30g of BTNature Rolled Oats into a microwave safe bowl. Add 240mL water and stir lightly.
2. Heat on high for 1 minute.
3. Remove from the microwave and allow to cool before serving.
Quick Preparing
1. Place 30g of BTNature Rolled Oats into a bowl. Add 240 mL boiled or warm water and stir lightly for around 1-2 minutes.
2. For a creamier porridge substitute water with skim milk or reduce water amount if desired.
Serving suggestion
Add a few fresh berries, some toasted nuts, cinnamon, maple syrup, or sugar based on your personal preferences.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
